Clark Property Consulting (CPC) is a real estate development services firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA that provides sourcing, planning, and implementation management of value-add investments, neighborhood revitalization and economic development initiatives. CPC was founded by Jesse Clark in 2012 to help development organizations achieve their objectives through thoughtful urban planning and effective execution. Since its inception, CPC has managed the planning, development and asset management of over 300 residential units, 500,000 square feet of commercial space and 45 acres of urban land with a total value of over $150 million.


We believe that successful real estate development is defined using the three pillars of sustainability: economic, environment and social. As such, we take an interdisciplinary approach to development incorporating the best practices of finance, green design and community development to help achieve livable urban communities, one project at a time. While we strive to incorporate the ideals of sustainable urbanism, we also remain pragmatic by responding to the unique challenges of each individual project and local market in order to achieve economic success.



Jesse has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry with a diverse range of organizations as both a development practitioner and advisor. Prior to launching CPC, Jesse was the Executive Director of the Historic District Development Corporation (HDDC), where he restructured a 35-property affordable housing program after the recession to turnaround troubled properties and develop idle assets, moving the organization from an operating deficit to surplus. Prior to HDDC, he was the Senior Development Director at Songy Partners, a regional for-profit developer, where he implemented over 1.3 million square feet of investments and developments valued at over $250 million. Prior to Songy Partners, he worked as a consultant in the real estate advisory services group of Ernst & Young, where he played a lead role in $2.4 billion worth of portfolio valuations, due diligence, and capital markets assignments for real estate investors, developers and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to Ernst & Young, Jesse was a Senior Research Analyst with Hendricks & Partners, one of the largest multifamily investment advisors in the country.

Jesse obtained a masters degree in City and Regional Planning with a specialization in Land and Community Development from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelors degree in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Central Florida. He is a veteran of the Army National Guard and served a tour of duty overseas as a medic during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
