Recycling Urban Infill Land & Buildings for their new Highest and Best Use
Population growth in urban communities brings with it a resurgence of urban infill development. We help analyze these growth patterns to identify the evolving demand for specific uses and adapt existing buildings and urban infill sites to the local economy. We have a thorough knowledge of zoning policies and procedures for updating a building or site’s zoning and development regulations for a higher quality development than could be created under existing zoning guidelines. Equally as crucial for a rezoning is our thoughtful and strategic approach to community engagement in order to reach consensus for approved applications. Our project scale ranges from an individual building or site to larger planning efforts for a master-planned assemblage and district-wide plans.
